Philippine House and Lot

There are so many houses for sale in the Philippines, especially in Metro Manila. With so many competent real estate developers you might become dizzy and confused with all the possible houses to buy. I’d like to suggest that there is one name in Philippine real estate which has earned the respect and trust of the buying public through the years. That name is Filinvest. Owning a house and lot for sale Filinvest is certainly something that you can be proud of. They have almost fifty years in the business and one can check their outstanding record in developing idle lands into sprawling and lively subdivisions. They’ve also kept to a high standard when it comes to their building materials and their design and architecture. You will notice that many of their subdivisions are consistent in sticking to a theme that makes living their a very aesthetically pleasing and holistic experience.

Perhaps my favorite project of theirs is none other than Timberland Heights. This project is situated in a hilly area that overlooks the rest of the city. It has a breathtaking and spectacular view of the horizon spiked with high rise buildings and skyscrapers. It’s near enough to still be living within the city for all practical purposes, and yet it’s also far enough to find a refuge and haven for peace and relaxation. At the moment there are many lots which are not yet developed so that means you can enjoy a lot of space and strong, cool breezes. The Hartford Model house, which is around nine to ten million pesos, looks very cozy, like one of those mountain lodges for hikers. There’s also room for the sporty type in this subdivision, just recently Timberland Heights sponsored a bike race through its winding roads and trails. So definitely, Timberland Heights is my favorite.

Another option for a house and lot Quezon City must be Spring Country and Spring Heights. These two subdivisions meanwhile are more tailored for the middle class family, with houses costing around two million to five million. The house models are nice, such as the Redwood model which has become very popular. In fact I think that right now it’s almost sold out and buyers are resorting to resales in order to stake a claim in this superb subdivision. It is close to the Batasan Hills complex in Quezon City and is safely segregated from the unsavory parts of that district. This is something that we can recommend for the middle-class family.

Finally, there’s the very popular Filinvest 2 subdivision. This one isn’t popular because it’s affordable rather it’s popular because it’s one of the oldest housing and residential areas by Filinvest. Also, it bears the name of the developers. In time it’s become a residential area for the well-to-do and you can expect houses which are in the eighteen to twenty-five million peso range. Staggering prices for sure, but one cannot complain with the peaceful and secure ambiance to be found within the residential grounds. Also, many higher level professionals such as doctors and celebrities live here. It’s very nice to stroll around the area and admire the various house designs. Through the years the area has lost any sense of uniformity (I don’t even know if it ever had one) and is now more colorful in terms of housing architecture. A cursory glance online at the various offerings can give a glimpse of the variety.

So, these are the three Filinvest projects that I like the most. There are others also, such as Havila and the Tropics, which are not in Quezon City but are rather in Rizal, the first in Cainta and the second in Antipolo. These too are great choices which we might talk about next time. But remember, for your residential needs in the Philippines, Filinvest is a name to remember!
