The project is totally well connected with main highway and the best thing was, I was able to book the apartment as per my budget. It had best facilities which they are providing to their clients are the possession on commuted time. I have checked all the facilities there before booking the apartment, like schooling for my children, Bank, Hospitals etc.
Just 8.0 Km far from the Chandigarh International Airport. The Mona Townships Pvt. Ltd. Constructing, a project since Jan, 2014. This project is ongoing in the greenery of the Gazipur Road, Zirakpur, Punjab which called Mona Greens 2. I was very much happy after checking and visiting there at time of booking the 3BHK Apartment there. At the time of visiting there I saw the climate and greenery of the atmosphere was so lovely but other thing was matter too like school, Hospitals.
A good school is very near and just on the walking distance from the project is V. B. International Sr. Secondary Smart School. They have the best teacher in their team and nice staff as I visited there also for schooling my children. Many of the Banks are working there and the nearest ATM is just far 450 mtrs (Kotak Mahindra Bank). I pray, that nobody be diseased by any ways but still the project has the hospital at just 5-6 Kms. The JP Hospital is a well known hospital in Punjab. It is a super specialty and heart centre and working there for last 5 years for helping the people to overcome from the bad diseases. The shopping mall is also not much far from the site as Paras Downtown Square is there. The Paras Downtown Square mall is perfect place to entertain ourselves as the big cinemas is also there.
The major thing is connectivity with the city is very good from there the buses and auto is there at all time and the India Railway station is also near about 5 km. I am very happy, as I have booked the apartment there and they regularly update me about the project so I don’t need to worry about any think now.
I have visited there some times and I examined that they are doing well and the construction of the project is going as they conveyed to me. The project will complete in the December 2015 then I will shift there.
Many of the banks are financing the home loan there but I have applied through HDFC, the policies are very good of HDFC bank and they have given me good offer so I financed through there. I thank God who helped me and changed my mind to own a house instead to live in a rented home. I was very much happy when received a gift from Mona Township at the occasion of Markar Sankranti.
